"Unable to play audio" error in Text-to-Speech (iOS/Mac/Web)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for help with a persistent issue regarding the Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature on my flashcards. It has always worked perfectly for my language studies, but it suddenly stopped working across all my devices.

Whenever I try to play the audio, I get the same error message: "Unable to play audio."

It’s happening on my iPad, iPhone, and MacBook.

The error persists on both the mobile app and the web browser version.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

Deleted and re-uploaded the audio on the cards.

Changed the language/voice settings.

Checked system volume and internet connection.

Since this is happening across multiple devices and platforms, it seems like a bug with the service or my account rather than a local setting.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I rely on this for my daily practice.
