I have a daily limit for how many new cards I get daily from each deck. However, as far as I can tell, I cannot specify the order in which these new cards are chosen. Right now, they seem to just be most recently created, but I want the oldest created to be added to my inbox first. Any idea how to do this? Otherwise, I will never get to my older-made new cards since I'm constantly also created new cards.

When you go to the "New cards" screen specifically there is a drop down to change the sort order, but it looks like that doesn't carry through to the "Inbox" screen, so I will need to fix that.
