The latest version has added an image zooming feature, which is great. Right now, in my opinion, the app is almost perfect.
The only major issue left is the search function. I can't search for text within the content of a card because the search results only show the card titles.
Would it be possible to implement a search system similar to Obsidian, where the search results show not only the note titles but also the text content within the notes that matches the search query? This would make it much easier to find specific information.
Believe it or not, I have been able to successfully find stuff with Mochi's search far more often than I did with Obsidian! I used Obsidian full time for 2 years and stuff got lost all the time. I can't really tell why. I think with Mochi I'm more organized, so even a vague search leads me to the correct note, merely by sight.
To be clear, Mochi still searches through the content. It Just does not highlight the search items inside the notes. Still it brings up the cards that have that search query. In the latest update though, Matt added the ability to search from within notes (
CTRL+F), but only in Column view.
