Mochi
I recently wanted to get into flashcards but couldn’t get past Anki’s clunky, unfriendly UI. So I Googled “markdown flashcard app,” and Mochi came up first. The moment I opened the site, I knew it was going to be good. It’s so much more user-friendly than Anki, even (possibly) as an Electron app.
I’m genuinely thrilled that Mochi exists. That's all—just wanted to make an appreciation post.
Totally agree! I also couldn’t get along with Anki because of the UI, and apps like Quizlet aren’t customizable enough — they don’t support markdown, additional fields or templates. Thanks, Mochi team!
Thanks guys! Glad you like. I had pretty much the same experience with Anki and Quizlet, which is why I started Mochi. There is still some work to be done but I am pretty happy with how it has turned out.
