Support FSRS algorithm

Hi, I've been seeing some noise about the FSRS algorithm from places like https://domenic.me/fsrs/ and https://github.com/open-spaced-repetition

What's especially interesting is how it claims to improve retention in the long run while also lowering workload.

Any thoughts on adding support for it in Mochi?

FSRS has been added in the development branch and will be available in the next beta release. Keep in mind, though, that a lot of talk about FSRS and its efficiency gains are in comparison to the previous Anki algorithm, which was already quite flawed. For example in the article the author says:

The feeling of despair when missing a card is significantly minimized, since doing so no longer resets you back to day 1.

Which is something that has already been "fixed" in Mochi's algorithm. So I don't think the difference between the two algorithms will be as large as a lot of people are probably expecting.
