Sometimes, when I mark a card as forgotten, the same card appears in review immediately. In other words, I swipe left, and the same card appears again. This happens even if there are lots of other cards to review. At first I thought the swipe failed, but it reads in the review history that the card was forgotten. I first noticed this in 1.21.14.
