iOS app lagging during low power mode

I have noticed the iOS app is quite sluggish under the following conditions:

Phone Model : iPhone 14
iOS version : 18.6
Mochi iOS version : 1.19.2

When the iPhone is operating under "Low Power Mode" the app is generally slow and will operate under a low framerate (5 FPS). One way to recreate this behaviour for example is trying to make a new deck, the dialogue that pops up will be animated a very low FPS and have a slow response time.
