Hello! When using the MacOS application I constantly get a notification telling me that an Update failed, but as far as I know I am at the most recent version 1.20.7? Is there a way to fix this constantly popping up?

Sometimes that message pops up when you don't have internet connection and it's trying to check for the latest update, but fails. I can't know for sure, though, without checking the logs. On macOS the logs file is located at:

~/Library/Logs/Mochi/log.log

If you email that to support@mochi.cards or paste it here we might be able to figure out the issue.
