Edit tags while studying

In study mode cards look like this:

Or this if type E to edit:

However, I have tags like #easy, #med, #hard, etc.

I want to assign these myself. Is it possible to edit while in the study view?

I may have misunderstood the question. But you can always hit E to enter edit mode and add the tags wherever you like in the body. I don't think it matters if you're in study view or another view. Just hit E and write #easy anywhere.

While @Sayed‭ is right, I think the confusion comes from the fact that there are two different types of tags a card can have (or, two different ways to apply a tag to a card). You can type out the raw tag somewhere in the card's markdown, but you can also add tags to a card directly without touching the markdown. In both cases the tag should show up in the tags list at the bottom of the card.

It seems like in review mode, only the tags that are embedded in the markdown are visible. The tags list that appears at the bottom of a card, when it's opened as a modal for example, doesn't actually show in review mode, but maybe it should.
