I usually use the column view, but the card editing is getting slower and slower as the card is getting longer. Any advice, please.

Right now, when add a link to a card it breaks the markdown table as the "|" in [[name|card-id]] is a part of table syntax. It also affects the image resizing syntax. Any advice, please?

To link a card and resize image the "|" must be added in a line, causing the markdown table broken. For example, [[xxx|card-id]] or [[image.jpg|200]] the "|" is rendered as table line.

Usually, vertical view are not fit for images or tables. It would be better if the app supports horizontal view.

Today, I review the grouped cloze tests but it hides all groups at the same review. If it is confirmed, please fix it. I'm using 1.21.7-beta version.
